Reservations: Are needed - book as early as possible please. A deposit of $100 US or 70 Pounds Sterling, per tour paid by cheque is required 28 days prior to the tour. Special tour discount is available when more than 2 tours are booked.
Gratuities: It is the custom in Europe to show your appreciation with a tip to the Driver/Guide but only if you are satisfied with your tour.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted but all tours make frequent stops.
Children: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation: Standard Day Tours - A refund will be allowed up to 14 days prior to tour departure.
Accident or Loss: We have made no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss, however caused unless due to our employees' negligence in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to the maximum of the refund of the tour cost.
We do not own or manage the aircraftships, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.
General Conditions: We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his or her acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability.
